Does ItzSEO make AI phone calls?

Which voice platform does it use?
Vapi. You can use the platform's default configuration, or bring your own Vapi account and phone number, in which case your key is stored encrypted and Vapi bills you directly for call time.
What does a call campaign do?
You give it a script for the agent, a phone number to call from and a list of leads. A runner places calls on a schedule within the campaign's own throttle and the workspace's monthly minute budget, and the lead's status advances when the call ends.
Is there a do-not-call list?
Yes. Leads on the workspace do-not-call list are filtered out at import and counted, and numbers are normalised the same way as the SMS opt-out registry, so the same person cannot slip through as +91 in one list and 0 in another.
What is recorded?
Each call keeps its duration, outcome, and when the provider supplies them, the recording, transcript and an AI summary. Repeated webhook deliveries never create duplicate records.
Who can run campaigns?
The workspace owner, or a delegate the owner has explicitly granted the calling area to. Team members cannot start calls on their own.
What about consent and regulations?
Outbound calling is regulated differently in every country (TCPA in the US, TRAI in India, and so on). ItzSEO gives you the do-not-call list and the logs; you are responsible for having consent and calling at legal hours in your market.
