Does ItzSEO have team chat?
Yes. Every workspace gets a WhatsApp-style chat with direct messages, groups, reactions, replies, starred messages, read receipts, attachments, link previews and voice or video calls, on the web and in the Android and iOS apps. It is on by default for every plan.
What can the AI agent in chat do?
You message it like a colleague. It has more than fifty tools across the platform: create and assign tasks, draft articles and briefs, run keyword research, look up a contact or a client's HR context, post a message, publish content, and more. Reads run immediately; actions that change something can be set to auto-execute or to wait for your approval.
Is the AI agent safe to let loose?
Each workspace sets a daily AI budget and an approval mode. In approval mode the agent proposes an action as a card in the chat and nothing happens until someone taps Approve. Every action is logged with who approved it. The AI needs a paid plan.
Can clients or outside people join a chat?
Yes. External groups let you invite a client by email with a magic link, no account required. Customers writing through the website chat widget, Messenger or SMS land in the same inbox, on a separate Revenue tab.
Are there calls?
Yes. One-to-one and group voice and video calls with screen share, ringing with a full-screen incoming-call screen on mobile.
Does it replace Slack or WhatsApp groups?
For agencies of up to a few dozen people, yes. Chat sits next to the tasks, standups, attendance and client work it is usually about, so a message can become a task or a reminder in one tap.
What about notifications?
Push notifications on web, Android and iOS with chimes, per-conversation mute and notification levels, and unread counts in the navigation.
